Natural Hair Care | Product Update

I wanted to share a few of my current natural hair staples. I haven't received a relaxer in a few years and it was the best decision I ever made. I love my hair more in the cooler months because I don't have to worry about my hair reverting due to heat. It gives me a chance to play with straighter styles and body waves. My hair is fine so keeping my hair strong is a must. I've seen so much progress over the years thanks to a few items I use on a regular basis. Here are a few...
TOP ROW(l-r)Design Essentials Stimulations, Design Essentials HCO,
Design Essentials SilkChi Silk Infusion, Organix Weightless Healing Oil,
BOTTOM ROW(l-r)RUSK deep oil shine, Moroccan Oil Hair,
Macadamia Healing Oil, Macadamia Healing Oil Spray, Simplicity Hair Oil
DE Stimulations is a excellent conditioner I have been using for over years. I love how it makes my scalp feel. The tingle isamazing. For extra conditioning, I sit under the dryer for a few minutes after applying the conditioner to my hair and scalp. I use DE HCO everytime I blow dry my hair. I spray this all over my hair and it keeps my hair protected before any heat is applied. While I am flat ironing my hair, I apply a little oil to each section (Design Essentials Silk, Chi Silk Infusion, RUSK deep oil shine, Moroccan Oil Hair, or Macadamia Healing Oil for extra protection).
Over time when I feel like my hair may need a pick me up, I spray a little Organix Weightless Healing Oil or Macadamia Healing Oil Spray on my hair. I only use about two squirts. When its time for me to wash (or co-wash) my hair, I apply simplicity hair oil all at least 1 day prior on my scalp and massage. This is what I use for my prepoo. I love this Hair oil blend especially the tea tree and peppermint oil.

To Be Continued...

Pre-Baby Hospital Visit

My husband and I went to take our hospital tour today. Our excitement is building up like no other. It is really about to happen...The baby is almost here! My life couldn't be more wonderful than it is now. I thank God for everything! The good and the not so good. The life lessons. The ups and downs. Everything and Everyday is a blessing including our upcoming bundle of baby joy. I cannot wait to see their beautiful face with their little feet and hands.
I am going to be a Mom❤

Country Chic ♡ OOTD

Every time I went out and found a cute inexpensive outfit that would fit me and my bump, I grabbed it. I have so many clothing pieces that I still haven't worn and I need to get a move on before baby arrives. I love all things lace, ruffle, and girly so as soon as I saw this white number at a local store in my area called 'Roses' (Yes, they are still around), I knew I had to have it. Since my belly is much larger now than when I tried the high-lo dress on, I added some shorts underneath just in case the wind decided to take over. For $15 bucks, it was a great deal and I felt just like a Southern Bell. If it wasn't so hot out, I probably would've wore cowboy boots with it :)

DIOR Instant Cleansing Water w/ Pure Lily Extract

Hey Everybody!
I wanted to share with you one of my newest staple beauty must haves. It's DIOR Instant Cleansing Water with Pure Lily Extract. I must admit, this is the only Dior item I own other than J'adore Parfum which I also love. I was looking for a gentle cleanser that did not cause breakouts and was able to visibly remove makeup or what was hidden from my naked eye. I purchased this on a whim from Sephora not really knowing if it would work with my sensitive skin or not but it does!

How do I use it?
  • After I wash my face, I use this as a toner
  • Eye makeup remover
  • Facial makeup Remover
A little goes a long way and I will be purchasing another bottle once this is all gone. It's now a must have in my daily skin regimen.

Thanks for Stopping By,
