Casual ♡ Cute OOTD

Howdy Everyone! This is what I like to wear when I'm out running errands and just relaxing. This is my idea of a casual yet cute OOTD. The weather has gotten a little warmer but it's still cold as ice to me. I'm in Virginia and this is the coldest it has been. I'll be satisfied if we gets lots of snow as a result ♡
