Wow time flies when you're having fun. It was just a year ago when I was blogging about my

BaubleBar Marbled Gumdrop Duo Earrings Review

Hellooooo Everyone! How are you wonderful ladies & gents doing today? Fab I hope! I want to share with you my thoughts on these Marbled Gumdrop Duo Earrings in Turquoise that I purchased as part of  BaubleBar's Buried Bauble. I enjoy BB and Friday's are a great chance to get amazing deals from them. The item they select as the Buried Bauble can be anything from a necklace, earrings, bracelet etc. for only $10! When I saw these I grabbed them because the price was great and because I have always been a lover of turquoise and green shades especially when it comes to jewelry items. Looking at the picture of the model wearing these helped me with my purchase too.

When I received these I was a little sad at how boring they looked. I knew what size they were before I purchased them, but I thought they would pop more than they actually do on me. I love the bold color with the gold trim but they are not for me. When I think about who would like something like this, I think of my grandmother. They would be perfect for her. Not saying that is a bad thing but everything does not fit everyone. 

What did I decide to do with these earrings? 

Even though they were only $10 with free S&H I am returning these earrings and continuing to check every Friday for more BaubleBar deals :)

BaubleBar Taj Crystal Bib Review

Well Hello There! How is everyone's Monday going and how was your weekend? I took too long of a break from school, but I am back. Don't ask me why I took a break during the cooler months and decided to go back when it's nice and hot out. SMH. Anywhoo I miss you guys and had to do a post because it's been way too long. I wanted to share with you my newest babe from BaubleBar. This is the Taj Crystal Bib in the color Hematite. 

The necklace was part of BaubleBar platinum bauble so I was able to snag this gorgeous necklace for only $20! I wore it today for the first time and received so many compliments. This is a hot necklace. Hematite was the only color left when I joined the fun, but it's the color I would have picked anyway(Thanks Sophia!). I love the darkness of the necklace because it makes the stones shine and pop even more. Also black is one of my favorite colors. I tried to find the necklace so you guys can purchase one if you'd like and the necklace is gone. I am shocked because usually if a piece is out of stock or sold out it will say that on BaubleBar's site but not this time. There is nothing at all about this neck piece on their site that I could find so I'm sorry :(

JewelMint's Modern Love Friendship Bracelets Review

This may be a shocker or surprise for some of you. I say this because I am pretty stunned myself. LOL. Ok, if you were in my FaceBook JewelMint "circle" (as some girls say), you will know that JewelMint rubbed me the wrong way. I use to be in AWWW of the company, their products, and style. Of course, there were definitely some kinks that needed to be worked out and their customer service was one of them. After one of their employees showed me what customer service reps shouldn't do, I cancelled my account.
Now here I am months later, and I have signed up for JewelMint again. Recently, I have been getting so many compliments about my friendship bracelets by JewelMint that I previously owned. I have always loved them and thought they were great layering pieces so I can understand why others would loved them too! I was doing ok and still not thinking about JM until my friend said that she wanted some good friendship bracelets, but she couldn't find any anywhere. I admitted to her that I couldn't either because I had been on the look out for a few weeks myself. When I told her about the ones I had and how it was a steal because it was three in a set, we both took the leap together and here is my purchase...

Top-Muted Purple/Dark Lavender w/ RoseGold

Bottom - Dark Deep Red, but not quite Burgundy w/Tarnished RoseGold

After my JewelMint purchased, I found these at Target and was really happy with their bracelets especially the style and price. They were $4 each, or 3 for $12. I opted for these three and I will be going back for sure to rack up on the other colors they had like blue, red, pink, and one of my favorite colors which is black.

       Overall, I am happy with the bracelets even though the picture from the site shows much brighter bracelets. See or yourself HERE .The ones I received were not bright at all. The purple bracelet is the brightest of the three, but it's still nothing like the website picture. Also, it would have been nice if JewelMint made one of the bracelets with a silver toggle instead of all the toggles being dark in color. Luckily for me, my other sets have one bracelet with a silver toggle so that'll work for future mix metal arm parties :-) 

I guess I will see where my journey takes and how things go for me after this purchase. I am going to do things differently this time around for sure because I got way too over-involved with JewelMint previously so that will not be happening again.

BaubleBar Crystal & Lemon Cushion Cut Studs

I have always looked at these studs but I thought that $40 was maybe more than what I wanted to pay, but BaubleBar changed my mind. They recently had what they called a "Cushion Cut Craze" where you received a pair of cushion studs for FREE if you spent $40. I could not pass up on that deal. I was eyeing the pink studs as my freebie because they are cute and girly. Also I had nothing like them in my jewelry collection now. After searching, I decided to get another pair of cushion studs, then get the crystal studs for free. I wanted the peach or lemon studs, but the peach were out of stock so I grabbed the lemon. I made a great choice!

When I purchased the studs, I considered gifting the crystal studs but after I received them in my possession, all of that changed. LOL. I really think I am going to keep them both for myself. They are so gorgeous. 
The lemon studs reminds me of canary diamonds and are my new favorite earrings. They are jaw dropping literally. Both pair of studs are sparkly and have a nice weight to them, but they are not heavy though. I now see why they are $40 because they are worth it and more. I was really blown away when I saw these. All I can say is WOW! 

This is my second purchase from BaubleBar and I am still a satisfied customer. The quality of their items are top notch and beautiful. One of the reasons I purchased a new camera was for improved picture quality. I wanted to do a OOTD (outfit of the day), but I did not have my battery. I was kicking myself, but luckily I had my cell handy. The pictures came out OK, but could be so much better. Now onto my OOTD!

A few people have voiced their concerns over not being able to wear Smooth Sailing with much unless it's something with Polka Dots, or Stripes. I disagree!! This necklace can be worn with so many OOTD's. Even though this is my first time wearing the necklace, I knew it would be a perfect match with the red and leopard. 
I have had these red jeans from VS for months. I always purchase items and put them in my closet where they sit forever with the tags still on. I had to finally try these jeans out. I own a few pairs of VS jeans that I really like and I must say that I have to add these to that list. These jeans are long enough for my tall height and so comfty. That is hard to find nowadays! They are skinny jeans, but not so skinny that I cannot fit them over my foot. They glide on with ease and are cute! I just love how everything turned out. 

My 1st BaubleBar - Disco Ball Bangle

It seems like I have am behind since I am just making my first Bauble Bar purchase. (I know I'm bad right?) I have heard about BaubleBar for months, but never took the leap to make a purchase. I have always wanted to broaden my horizons on other Jewelry lines that were available, but as you guys know I am a loyal JewelMint customer, or shall I say I WAS a loyal customer. Anyhow. Let me tell you about BaubleBar.
